BB, I have used that Bourdain on Unknown Parts clip in my memory files as a sort of reference point in my own timeline. I couldn’t have worded it quite as succinctly as you did, but it’s been in the back of my brain as something they tried to seed into the narrative way back then. So cool to hear it from someone else!
