On the topic of birth control, the thing I find most interesting is that ConInc republicans continue to fail to mention that most birth controls are not created to prevent fertilization of the egg. Doctors tell you that the goal is to prevent it, but all studies show that most products simply prevent the implantation of the egg after it's been fertilized (essentially making it another form of the plan B pill). Only the drugs with the highest hormone levels are able to reliably prevent fertilization– but that comes with much more pronounced pregnancy symptoms without actually having a baby.
