All refunds and returns for products purchased through Badlands Media are handled directly by the vendor from whom you purchased. Each vendor’s refund policy will apply, and any refunds or returns are subject to their terms. In rare cases, Badlands Media may assist in facilitating communication between you and the vendor to resolve any issues, but ultimately, the vendor’s policy governs the refund process.
